Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a full-time Suites Administrator to join our team at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. As a Suites Administrator, you will contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the team and guest services.

Responsibilities  Assist with data entry and processing of menu orders Compile game day reports and process all post-event information Work directly with luxury suite members and catering contacts to establish levels of service for game day Coordinate set up of luxury suites and pantry information for game day service Act as a supervisor on game day and assist with training team members Qualifications 

Previous food/beverage experience with fine dining or premium Sportservice experience preferred

General knowledge of beer, wine and liquor basics

Customer service experience including phone/communication proficiency

Computer literacy including word and excel. Micros experience a plus

Flexible availability based on event schedule

Well organized, neat and efficient.

Ability to work independently.

Physical Requirements  Ability to lift up to 35 pounds 

Physically capable of loading in weekly beverage deliveries

Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift Shift Details
