Responsibilities Attend pre-shift briefing, taking note of important service informationCollaborate with Chef, kitchen team members, and servers to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food; assist with the presentation of coursesComplete any required table-side service which may include taking and delivering orders and explaining the menu to guestsMaintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparations; be able to identify menu items and ingredients by appearanceMaintain kitchen and suites cleanliness and organizationQualifications Must have 1 year of experience as a runner or busser in a fast-paced environment/restaurant setting.Excellent communication skillsMust be at least 18 years of age.Ability to interact with guests to assure guest satisfaction.Ability to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards.Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-orientated setting.Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.Ability to work mandatory venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.Must be RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) CertifiedMust have a current Food Handler Card or ServSafe Certification Physical Requirements Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motionsAbility to maneuver between tables and around cornersAbility to lift to 35 poundsShift Details
