Substation CAD Design Engineer
Develop Physical (HV/CIV) models using AutoDesk Inventor and associate required iProperty information.
- Create/develop Inventor parts and assemblies for the use within an electric substation.
- Assemble Inventor parts and assemblies into full electric substations.
- Add and manage part and assembly specific data within the models and AutoDesk Vault.
- Assist in configuring the AutoDesk Inventor environment.
- Create AutoDesk Inventor drawings from electric substation models.
- Convert High Voltage and Civil design standards into models and smart drawings.
- Manage drawings and data within AutoDesk Vault.
- Develop required procedures, job aids and flow charts in support of the Intelligent CAD implementation.
- Develop and manage the AutoDesk Inventor, Spatial Business Systems, and Autodesk Vault databases utilizing existing other data sources to ensure content is data rich.

Compensation:

$55/hr to $62/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
