Submarine Engineering Technician V - Position Description

We have immediate hire openings for Submarine Engineering Technician V to support the Submarine Maintenance Engineering Planning & Procurement (SUBMEPP), who wants to grow with the Company in Dover NH.  ICI Services is a 100% Employee-Owned small business celebrating our 25th year delivering superior products and responsive services aligned to customers’ needs. Security Clearance:

       Applicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

Position/Job Description:

General Tasking Description:

Provide thorough reviews of TWDs to ensure scheduling credit is given for planned work Ensure reviews identify all scheduled/unscheduled maintenance completed during a submarine availabilityProvide updates to the scheduling system Provide real time data and information to our customer’s Engineers Maintain access to WEB AIM and HitKit Databases at four Public Shipyards and download TWDs on a weekly basisMaintain up-to-date databases which provides Engineers access to TWD and other vital submarine availability informationReview and edit various reports and provide the required documentation used in recording Maintenance Standard (MS) work for submarine availability scheduling

Experience Requirements:

Candidate must have current or recent shipyard submarine availability maintenance experience and be familiar with availability work packages and tracking metrics5 years of current experience in submarine maintenance planning or executionProficient with WEB AIM (Advanced Industrial Management), HitKit, M&SWP, and Microsoft Excel Experience with file management and data entry into database files for submarine maintenance scheduling and historical dataKnowledge and understanding of submarine overhauls, including a knowledge of MS, basic URO-MRC (Unrestricted Operation-Maintenance Requirement Card), submarine maintenance requirements and knowledge of basic Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical HM&E submarine systems.

Educational & Certification Requirements:

High School Diploma, Technical School graduate, or GED Equivalent - equivalent work experience is acceptable.
