Schedule: Standard business hours with flexibility for project-based needs. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Provide technical expertise in research and operations. Conduct risk assessments and regulatory reviews. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs). Assist leadership in decision-making processes. Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Expert-level technical knowledge, analytical skills, leadership, communication, problem-solving, R&D expertise Minimum Qualifications: Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in relevant scientific or technical discipline Industry-specific certifications as needed At least 10+ years in the relevant field Preferred Qualifications: 15+ years in biodefense or laboratory research Top Secret preferred The annual salary range for this position is $75,000 - $110,000.
