Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable

Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a minimum of 20 years of experience in

cost analysis, cost estimating, or data analytics. The ideal candidate

will possess advanced degrees or certifications in relevant fields,

which can be substituted for a combined total of 1 year of experience.



Key Responsibilities:



- Provide expert guidance and insights in cost analysis, cost

estimating, and data analytics.



- Develop and implement cost estimation models and methodologies.



- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and

insights.



- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project planning

and decision-making.



- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.



- Conduct training sessions and workshops to share expertise with team

members.



- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements

in cost analysis and data analytics.



Required Qualifications:



- Minimum of 20 years of experience in cost analysis, cost estimating,

or data analytics.



- Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Masters in Cost Estimating

and Analysis, Masters in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or

other related fields, International Cost Estimating and Analysis

Association Certification) can be substituted for a combined total

of 1 year of experience.



- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.



- Excellent communication and presentation skills.



- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL,

statistical software).



- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
