Wood is recruiting a Subcontract Specialist on a 6-month contract to support the Systems Integration team within our Digital Consulting business.

Please note applicants must be able to pass HMG Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check.

The Role

As a Subcontract Specialist, you will support the team with the delivery of specific aspects of subcontracts execution and / or quantity surveying along with good working knowledge of commercial terms and conditions, interface with Wood legal/commercial experts and can under guidance discuss exceptions to reach a robust commercial agreement.

This opportunity is open to PSC contractor on a 6-month basis, with the possibility to extend. This is ideal for an individual who holds detailed knowledge of subcontractors, commercial evaluations, negotiations and terms and conditions of contract, they will pose an analytical approach to tasks with strong problem-solving skills and present a high degree of initiative.
