**Location:** **This is a Hybrid position and preferred candidates must reside within 50 miles of an Elevance Health PulsePoint location.**
**Hours: Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm EST.**
The **Subcontract** **A** **dministrator i** s responsible for the development, negotiation and administration of federal subcontracts while monitoring compliance with government regulations.
**How you will make an Impact:**
+ Ensures compliance with federal regulations, procurement policies, and procedures.
+ Maintains contract database and contract templates.
+ Contractual point of contact in dealing with subcontractors.
+ Draft and review agreements such as Subcontracts , Teaming Non-Disclosure Licensing Escrow, and other legal documents.
+ Provides assistance in subcontracting matters to management, including matters involving Contractor Purchasing System Reviews.
+ Provides support for small to medium-scale proposal efforts.
+ Act as liaison with Contract Administration and work with legal to mitigate risk.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in commercial and/or government-related subcontracting; or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.
+ **This position is part of our NGS (National Government Services) division which, per CMS TDL 190275, requires foreign national applicants to meet the residency requirement of living in the United States at least three of the past five years.**
**Preferred Skills** **, Capabilities, and Experiences:**
+ An understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the ability to comprehend and apply laws and regulations applicable to business operations in a government contracting environment are strongly preferred.
