**THE WORK**
Our Supply Chain Management Team is leading the charge in procuring material across a diverse global supply base to support the sustainment of multiple aircraft platforms around the world\.
As a Subcontract Administrator Staff within the Derco Supply Chain Management Organization, you will be working with a world class organization responsible for:
• Administering and managing subcontracts from proposal through execution and close out\.
• Collaborating with Capture team to generate RFP packages, analyze subcontract proposals and negotiate price and terms\.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, Federal Acquisition Regulation \(FAR\) requirements and Department of Defense FAR Supplement \(DFARS\)
• Integrate with other departments to achieve customer objectives\.
• Interpret and understand regulations and contract language to ensure compliance, resolve conflicts, address policy and procedure issues
• Interface internally and externally with Global Supply Chain, Legal, Contracts, Price/Cost Analysis, and other functional areas at all levels of the organization
• Mentoring Junior Subcontract Administrators

**WHO YOU ARE**
You are a highly organized and collaborative individual with strong analytical and communication skills, able to navigate complex contract regulations and effectively interact with senior management, suppliers, and cross\-functional teams\. You have a deep understanding of supply chain management, contract compliance, and federal acquisition regulations, allowing you to drive successful subcontract administration from proposal to closeout\.
**A level 4 employee is senior career and typically has 8 to 10\+ years of professional experience\.**

**Basic Qualifications:**
Experience in one or more of the following fields: supply chain, statistics, mathematics, material cost estimating, contracts, compliance, financial analysis, cost analysis, material forecasting\.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education\.
• Supply Chain, logistics, or project management experience
• Must be proficient Excel, Word and PowerPoint
This position requires travel, on average<25% domestically and internationally
**Desired Skills:**
• Master's degree in a related field
• Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation \(FAR\) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation \(DFAR\) supplements
• Ability to interact with senior management, suppliers and other external personnel on significant matters, often requiring coordination between functional organizations
• Working knowledge of IFS or similar ERP system

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
