Studio Manager
Our Client, a Research, Care and Health Financing company, is looking for a Studio Manager for their San Bruno¸ CA/Hybrid location. Responsibilities: + Manage production of marketing creative content. + Be part of Marketing team, specifically the Creative Studio—responsible for building the brand and sharing it with the world through innovative, mule-dimensional storytelling experiences. + Oversee the creation process for work developed by our internal creative team, as well as our agency partners, while helping us meet brand guidelines. + Ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently by managing schedules, budgets, crew/team members, equipment, and the overall workflow, while maintaining high quality standards, meeting compliance requirements, and delivering projects on time within budget. + Act as the primary point of contact for our agency partners and internal teams throughout the production process helping to drive alignment and facilitate execution. + Oversee creative production of marketing content across portfolio from commercial-facing materials to consumer-facing campaigns + Manage communication between agency partner/vendors and internal teams, including briefing, scheduling, consolidation of feedback, revision tracking, and approvals + Support brand coherence, compliance, and quality control of marketing materials + Collaborate with a broad cross-functional team to define processes for creative development and execution Requirements + BA/BS degree or relevant work experience in project management, media production, design, or equivalent practical experience. + 5+ of years of creative or marketing experience managing production of materials across multiple formats (digital, print, web, video) + Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with aggressive attention to detail + Outstanding written and oral communication skills + Experienced with current project management and design tools including JIRA, Slack, Confluence, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Business Suite Preferred + Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment with limited direction, balance competing priorities, and manage several time-sensitive projects at once. + Startup mentality: ability to navigate ambiguity, willing to manage strategy as well as execute, and bring experience in building programs from the ground-up. + Strong presence and comfort working with stakeholders to gather inputs, develop a point-of-view and action plan, secure cross-functional buy-in and drive execution. + Domain expertise in the healthcare, medical device, or biopharmaceutical industry, including product development and commercialization process, regulatory process, manufacturing, and rules governing promotion and sale.
