Students Services Coordinator

Reporting to the School Director

Summary:

To support the school operations in all areas of administration. To co-operate with the Director of Studies, Accommodation Manager and Activities Coordinator in performing this role and to present themselves as a model of quality and professionalism within the EF Tokyo staff. To assist school director on daily tasks.

 Students Services Coordinator Responsibilities:

 

Planning and Organizing

Supporting students with visa doccuments Organizing airport transfers Support weekly intakes Liaise with Sales office, host families and residence management Visiting host families and student residences Updating host families’ information Recruiting new host families Mentor Session logistics planning Supporting Activities and Tour logistics planning for LT Group Dealing with all school suppliers Planning and Executing school events

 

Communication with Students & Sales Offices

Deals with general student enquiries & provides effective customer support Organizes rota for seasonal Academic Service Desk, and organizes for follow-up on issues raised at the Service Desk Liaises with Bookings Dept to make sure that bookings are made correctly Sends Elektra Course Reports, and other reports, to Sales Offices as requested

 

Students Services Coordinator Requirements: Fluent in English and Japanese (N2 level or equivalent) Currently living in Japan Availability to work weekends (This position may require that you work Sundays) Strong communications and people’s skills Customer oriented Experience in customer service industry is a plus (education, hospitality, etc)

 

This is a contact basis position with immediate start preferred.
