Under direct supervision, primarily performs basic research or lab activities similar to a Research Assistant 1 or Lab Aide. 

Function/Duties of Position

Assist Simulation and Lab staff with:

Maintaining clean and organized lab spacesCleaning, recycling and disposal of suppliesFulfilling teaching bin request for learning activitiesRestock basic lab supplies (gloves, linens, hand sanitizer, etc.) Required Qualifications Undergraduate Program (minimum 6 credit hours)Have successfully passed the course in which tutoring is occurring with at least a grade of a “A” or high “B”Maintain an OHSU GPA of at least a 3.0Recommendation of OHSU faculty memberCurrent OHSU School of Nursing Student Undergraduate Junior or Senior levelPossess the ability and willingness to work with individuals and groups of students from diverse cultural, economic, and academic backgrounds.Possess excellent oral and written communication skills All are welcome Oregon Health & Science University values a diverse and culturally competent workforce.
