_We’re looking for a student worker with strong stakeholder management skills to ensure an aligned approach to Intellectual Property partner submissions and help on day-to-day marketing deliveries. Join our Cross-Franchise Marketing team in the Global Product and Marketing Development (PMD) and be part of a team with 23 dedicated and passionate colleagues all located in Billund._
**Core Responsibilities**
Together with our other student workers, you will support our department in ensuring that marketing assets are being submitted to our various Intellectual Property partners for approval.You will alsosupportvarious Marketing deliveriessuch as Selling-in deliveries andbusiness case maintenance.
**Primary tasks will be:**
+ Submit marketing assets for Intellectual Property partners as well as go through feedback.
+ Ensure our partners are keeping their deadlines.
+ Help the Cross-Franchise Marketing team on day-to-day related Marketing deliveries, e.g. business cases and selling-in material.
+ Creation or finalization of PPT decks.
+ Watermarking of highly confidential products.

+ It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker.
+ You are well on your way with a relevant academic education (e.g.Cand.Merc),andyou are eitherabout to start your third year ofbachelor or beginning your master studies at a Danish University or Business Schoolduring 2025.
+ You have a good understanding ofmarketing,and it is anadvantage if your studies include relevant marketing and business courses.
+ We'reworking with tight deadlines, and you will need to work structured and be able to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
+ You have an eye for details.
+ You are a strong user of the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel,PowerPointand SharePoint.
+ You have a proactive approach to tasks and can workindependently.
+ Excellent in English, both oral and written.
**Start date and working hours**
Start date isideallyApril 1st, 2025.Workloadwill bearound15 hours a week.Your primary workingspace is Billund, but there are opportunities to work from home to accommodate school.
