The Registrar's Office at Utah State University is looking for a highly qualified, customer-service oriented person to fulfill the role of a Student Services Coordinator I. This person will work with staff, faculty, students, and others to provide expertise and guidance on Registrar's Office and University service, policies, and procedures. This is a full time position.

Two years of experience in an office setting or an associate degree/vocational training is requiredPreferred Qualifications:
Experience using the Banner student information system and College Scheduler as a student or employeeExperience in current web-based technology such as Box and ServiceNowDemonstrated strong work ethicDemonstrated customer service experienceKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of faculty, staff, and students through a variety of mediums (phone, in-person, email)Skilled with computers, including Microsoft Office programs, and able to adapt to and learn new technologies as requiredAbility to interpret and apply guidelines, policies, procedures, and rules using sound judgementAbility to gather and analyze data to formulate solutions to problemsStrong data and records management skillsExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasksKnowledge of computerized student information systemsStrong consultative and advisory skillsKnowledge of policies and procedures pertaining to University student admissions, registration, and records Required DocumentsAlong with the online application, please attach:
