Position Information Position Title Student Services Advisor Department Eagle Call Center Campus Central Campus Location Central Campus FLSA Non-Exempt Full Time/Part Time Full Time Summary of Position Works as part of a team to provide prospective and current students at any location with admissions, registration, academic advising, student accounts, financial aid/VA educational benefits, other federal funding options to include U.S. military educational funding sources assistance. A high level of customer service is expected with this position. Minimum Required Education Associates Degree from a nationally, regionally or identified at the state level accredited institution of higher education required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum Required Experience Associate degree with four years’ primary work experience in student services related programs such as admissions, registration, academic advising, financial aid/VA educational benefits, or student accounts OR Bachelor’s degree with two years’ primary work experience in student services related programs such as admissions, registration, academic advising, financial aid/VA educational benefits, or student accounts. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities + Demonstrated ability to offer excellent customer service and a passion to go above and beyond customer expectations. + Displays strong analytical, decision making and leadership skills. + Excellent problem-solving skills; demonstrated ability to identify issues and work with others to resolve the issue through to the end. + Ability to demonstrate sensitivity to persons of diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds, and those with disabilities. + Ability to relate effectively with a wide range of constituents including students, faculty, staff, and the general public. + Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. + Proficient with MS Office Suite, data analysis and reporting, and a student information system. Salary 1J/Per Salaried Pay Scale Hours Full-time, indicate working hours - 2-11 PM, Monday-Friday Posting Detail Information Other Information Non CTC Standard Shifts: M-F, 6:00 am-3:00 pm OR M-F, 8am-5:00pm OR M-F, 2:00-11:00 pm; OR CTC standard operating hours.
