NRHS's Student Nurse Partner role provides nursing students from designated accredited schools of nursing the opportunity to enhance their professional growth in the nursing field with on-the-job experience in a multi-campus health system with multiple Centers of Excellence and nationally accredited programs. Job Summary Under the immediate supervision of a Registered Nurse, provides general nursing care to a group of patients to meet curriculum requirements based on the school of nursing requirements. May perform patient care technician duties as determined to benefit the hospital. Qualifications Education Must be currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program with which NRHS has an agreement. Experience Two semesters of nursing clinicals. Licensure / Certification Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment. Schedule varies based on need Work Shift Varies Position Type PRN
