Danfoss’ Shared Service Center in Grodzisk Mazowiecki seeks a highly motivated last year student or graduate for a fresher role in Credit management. This entry-level position offers comprehensive training and development within our finance team, providing a pathway to becoming a finance specialist. Initial responsibilities focus on credit and collections, with opportunities to expand into areas such as cash application, accounts payable/receivable, or general ledger.

Job ResponsibilitiesIn your daily job you will:
Follow up on and communicate with internal and external customers to ensure timely payment of receivables and resolution of disputes. Learn to process financial information in many good tools like SAP, Excel, Outlook, Teams and many more, you will be trained to become an expert. Maintain accurate credit data and collection files. Follow your training and take advice from your buddy to be successful. Prepare and present reports on findings to your seniors or supervisors, where you will learn how to do from your seniors. Background & SkillsWe expect you to have:
Secondary education: Bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting or European Language Philology or any graduate having the right motivation to learn. Basic understanding of systems and tools like MS Office; SAP experience is a plus. Excellent customer focus and interpersonal skills; strong collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn. Fluent Polish and English (written and spoken). Additional European language skills (Danish, Swedish, Romanian, Finnish, Norwegian, Hungarian etc.) are highly valued. Employee Benefits
