We equip Bearkats to serve the greater good through community collaboration. We also offer opportunities for intentional involvement focused on student access and success. This is accomplished through four programming areas: Leadership, Service, Student Organizations, and the Ultimate Bearkat Society. As a graphic designer, you will primarily serve the marketing and design needs of departmental professional staff and over 250 student organizations.Job Functions:The Graphic Designer in the Department of Student Involvement: Leadership & Service is responsible for creating and designing flyers, posters, logos, emblems, t-shirt designs, brochures, marketing materials, and much more!This position is not limited to graphic design majors, as long as you can produce the work requestedCritical Skills and Job Complexity: Strong personal accountability and orientation to meet daily goals High energy, outgoing personality, and professional attitude Committed to quality service Good oral and written communication skills Assure success in completion of objectives MUST be familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign and MUST be able to create on a Mac (We don’t have a preference as to the program you use, as long as you’re producing high quality work.)
