Job Description A large automotive company is seeking a Structural Engineer to join their team. This individual will support the design and construction of a variety of new projects and renovations to existing industrial, manufacturing, and office facilities. The ideal candidate will be integral to the design and construction activities of multiple critical capex projects while working with internal and external stakeholders, interfacing with end users, Construction Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering teams. Skills and Requirements - Degree in Civil/Structural engineering, or equivalent experiences with minimum 4 years' in professional construction . - Familiarity with Revit Structural - Experience in structural design with various materials such as steel, concrete, Unistrut, cold-form steel, steel welding and reinforcement details of concrete - Experience with design considering constructability and construction sequence for fabrication/installation - Experience developing structural plans, details and supporting calculations for Permit and Construction packages including responding to Plan Check - CA RA or AIA license preferred; Project Architect experience is a plus.
