Responsibilities + Perform structural design and analysis tasks for projects, including bridge rehabilitation and replacement projects under the oversight of a senior engineer + Prepare contract documents for bridge design projects, including design calculations, developments of plans, specifications, quantities, and estimates, and submittal of reviews during construction + Prepare detailed plans for assigned bridge engineering tasks + Occasional field site visits Requirements + BS in Civil Engineering required + EIT Certification preferred + Up to two years of experience + MicroStation and/or AutoCAD experience preferred + Familiarity with AASHTO LRFD Code Requirements + Familiarity with Structural Engineering and Analysis software + Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in cooperative, team environments Benefits We offer a professional work environment, competitive salary, benefits package, and 401(k).
