As the Design Manager - Structure, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Overseeing the structural design process from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Leading site coordination efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless execution of structural plans. Providing technical guidance and support to the design team, reviewing drawings, and offering innovative solutions to design challenges. Collaborating with external stakeholders such as government authorities, consultants, and vendors to facilitate the approval and procurement processes. Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, address site-related issues, and maintain quality and safety standards. Participating in project meetings, presenting design concepts, and contributing to the overall project strategy and decision-making process. Remaining updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies to drive innovation and excellence in structural design. Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or BE - Civil Engineering

Experience:

15-20 years of experience in structural design and site execution within the Real Estate Development industry.
