**Structural Assembler Position, Pay Rate - $30/hr. Hiring Immediately** **Job Description** The employee must be proficient in using various drilling devices, including pistol grip drill motors, 90-degree angle motors, and countersink cages, along with their setup. Additionally, the employee should be capable of operating reverse pancake motors, snatch blocks, Winslow guns, and spacematic power feeds. They should be adept at performing the entire sealing process and installing and removing various fasteners such as button heads, flush hiloks, hilites, and rivets. The role may also involve running hydraulic systems tests. **Responsibilities** + Use drilling devices like pistol grip drill motors and 90-degree angle motors. + Set up and operate countersink cages. + Operate reverse pancake motors, snatch blocks, Winslow guns, and spacematic power feeds. + Perform the entire sealing process. + Install and remove fasteners including button heads, flush hiloks, hilites, and rivets. + Run hydraulic systems tests. **Essential Skills** + Experience in the aviation industry. + Ability to read and comprehend English. + Mastery of pneumatic tools, electrical bonding equipment, and measuring devices. + Proficiency with torquing equipment and various gauges. + Capability to drill holes true and round with precise angularity. + Understanding of edge distance, pitch distance, and fastener requirements. + Installation of fasteners both wet and dry. + Skill in using alodine, touch-up paint, and clear coat applications. + Understanding of shop floor operating systems and blueprints. + Basic computer operating skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Ability to use tools such as scales, protrusion gages, and calipers. + Familiarity with fastener grip gages, micrometers, and torque screw guns. + Knowledge of calibration requirements. **Why Work Here?** The company offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, which aligns with local practices. **Work Environment** The work takes place in a 250,000 square foot facility located in Red Oak, where wings for the Global Express 8000 are manufactured. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Red Oak, Texas. ****If interested, please apply directly and expect a call from Jaden with Aerotek.
