Job Description

Develop, integrate, and document structural requirements to establish the system design. Coordinate with other engineering groups to establish the product's environment. Guide product design and verify structural integrity using analytical methods, finite element models/simulations, and other analysis tools throughout the product lifecycle to develop the structural environment characteristics and performance. Develop test plans and configurations, support test execution, and analyze/report test results to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications. Define and document certification and test results to substantiate for customers and regulatory agencies that requirements are satisfied. Support in-service products by investigating failures and analyzing improvements. Work under general direction in a non-managerial, non-leadership role with regular and predictable attendance required.

Fully onsite at a facility in Huntsville, AL. Shift starts at 8 AM and ends at 5 PM with potential for up to 25 hours of overtime. This is a full-time position with no relocation offered. The position is not safety-sensitive and requires no travel. Interviews will be conducted through a single round 30-minute phone interview, with a turnaround time from interview to offer between 48 hours to 1 week. No clearance is required, but the ability to obtain a clearance is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $75.00/hr.
