Lead Structural Analysis Engineer – Aerospace Industry | Oklahoma City, OK
Pay: $94.03 - $119.10/hr | Full-Time | 1-Year Contract (Extension Possible) | Onsite
PDS Tech Commercial is hiring an experienced Structural Analysis Engineer to support cutting-edge aerospace projects in Oklahoma City, OK. This role is perfect for an expert in aircraft structural integrity, finite element modeling, and certification processes, looking to make a high-level impact in aerospace engineering.
Key Responsibilities:Plan and oversee structural analysis work at the program level to ensure compliance with stability and integrity requirements.
Develop, integrate, and document complex structural requirements to establish robust system designs.
Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams to define product environments.
Lead the development of analytical methods, finite element models (FEM), and structural performance simulations.
Define certification processes with customers and regulatory agencies; review and approve results.
Develop test plans, analyze reports, and validate structural integrity of systems and components.
Investigate emerging technologies to enhance product designs and meet future requirements.
Work under consultative direction to drive efficiency and innovation in structural analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Strong background in aircraft stress analysis, primary structure analysis, and integrated design.
Expertise in finite element modeling (FEM) and classical hand analysis techniques.
Ability to work full-time onsite (Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM) in Oklahoma City, OK.
Preferred Qualifications:Aerospace experience (both structures and tools).
Aerospace experience, particularly with Commercial Derivatives – Commercial and/or Military aircraft (737, 747, 757 & 777).
Ability to thrive in a high-paced, technically demanding environment.

Pay Details: $94.03 to $119.10 per hour
