Admin Assistant - Streetworks
The applicant must be able to work in an environment where tasks are to be completed on tight timescales to avoid company fines, they would need to be able to assess workload and complete the workload according to importance and timescales dictated by New Roads & Streetworks legislation. They must be able to multi-task. They would be using internal computer systems for which they will be given full training. They must be confident on the phone as they would need to liaise with Local Authorities, contractors and other SGN departments. They must be proficient in excel.

Responsibilities include:
Submitting permits to Local Authorities 
Submitting works to 3rd party contractors 
Submitting reports to other SGN department
