General Summary:

You will be accountable for all streaming marketing in Hungary and new markets, and ultimately the paying subscriber base for WBD’s streaming products in these territories. You will be responsible for planning and executing all marketing (excluding biddable digital channels), but accountable for all WBD communication for streaming in the Hungary and new markets including PR, social, performance marketing, retention & engagement and partner/trade marketing which do not report directly to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for:

maximizing the local business KPIs for streaming, through the channels within their direct responsibility as well as leading a cross-functional team that manages all other channels that can influence streaming for the respective marketsinputting and agreeing the budget and subscriber forecast for the territory with the EMEAacquisition and retention teamsoverseeing the localization of streaming campaigns for Hungary and new markets with creative services whenever possible or external creative agencies when appropriateleading campaigns for local original productions for streaming for Hungary and new markets from key art through to the last asset delivered across all marketing channelscoordinating together with the other regional teams – PR, trade, social, CRM – the launch of MAX in the new markets territories in 2025.the media channel mix to deliver the brand KPIs, forecasted gross adds and engagement for Hungary and new markets within an appropriate blended SACensuring there is always an up to date local marketing plan, and ensuring that everyone within the virtual extended local marketing group are aligned on the priorities, the targets and their part in the execution of the planbeing POC representing CE GTM team in the cross-functional collaboration with other departmentsdriving the outcomes in B2B needed through collaboration with local partnership and distribution teams as well as the necessary marketing with partners through the local trade marketing teams

Qualifications:

A highly experienced marketer with proven success in full funnel marketing strategy, planning and executionStrong financial acumen to manage budgets, analyze efficiency of marketing initiatives and support the overall corporate financial objectivesStrong relationship management with internal and external clients as well as key stakeholders to general manager or CMO levelA proactive, self-starting and independent person who is comfortable with delivering results within a dynamic and matrix organizationSignificant experience with marketing a subscription serviceExperience of working in a multinational organization and within a global matrix environmentExcellent creative appraisal skills and creative judgment.Dynamic personality, adaptability, professionalism
