Stream is our Global Graduate Program, a two-year development journey designed to expand your talent and values, providing a well-defined course for rapid career growth and transformation. In other words, a chance to define your future!

**What is the program about?**
Designed to prepare you for your next career step, the program consists of three eight-month rotations to accelerate your growth and unlock your potential.
In each rotation you will be working on a specific project under the management of a Project Owner and a team of Grundfos employees. This project creates the content of your rotation and will be from a real challenge found in the business. You can make a big impact here, so we expect you to give it your best and engage fully in each project.
Continuous development opportunities will empower you to better your talent. We will also ensure that you are part of a local and global community, coming together as a group several times over the course of the program. Here you will travel to Denmark to visit the Head Quarters of Grundfos, experience the history and be a part of the future.

We have projects available supporting the following divisions:
**Commercial Building Services Sales:** This project will focus on manufacturing processes and the deepening of Supply Chain knowledge. Prior experience in planning in a warehouse or manufacturing environment would be ideal. The ability to speak, write, and understand Spanish will be beneficial.
**Commercial Building Services Operations:** This project will require a strong understanding and knowledge of overall business operations, financial aspects, and strategic decision-making involved in the management of supply chains. This could be but not limited to logistics, inventory management, demand forecasting, production planning, vendor management, transportation, and warehouse management systems etc.
**Industry:** This project will be technology-centric and will deepen one’s ability to coordinate and oversee planning, execution, and completion of projects as per plan, experiencing both as a member and lead. Any prior sales experience will be preferred.
**Water Utility:** This project will require proficiency in data analysis so as to gain insights and inform decision-making processes. A strong understanding of how a business operates, including its functions, strategies, and the broader market environment is preferred.

**What are the requirements for applying?**
To apply for the Stream Global Graduate Program, we expect you to have:
+ A Bachelor’s or Master's degrees in the fields of Business Administration, Business Strategy, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a technical degree such as Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
+ 0-3 years of experience after graduation.
+ The ability to create a significant impact with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ A comprehensive analytical competency with digital and customer-centric mindset and flair for technology and digitalization.
+ Effective communication skills and excellent English.
+ A willingness to travel both domestically and internationally. As a result, candidates should be able to maintain valid identification.
Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
