Seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate with a strong background in Manufacturing and Dentistry in the Mansfield, TX area. This position will require a resume with this expereince to interview. The scheduled shift is Monday through Friday from 8am to 530pm and the pay is $23/hr. **Goals:** + Master the utilization of Service Cloud ticketing system. + Become proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other relevant software. + Develop strong customer service skills to interact with both internal and external customers. + Assist with tasks as needed and learn to effectively multitask. **Job Description:** Job Responsibilities: + Provides superior customer service over the telephone to both internal and external customers. + Answers incoming phone calls in a professional, timely manner. + Obtains enough initial information to route the phone calls to the appropriate person. + Sends reminders for cases waiting for customer interaction. + Monitors, responds to, or delegates emails covering the Ceramics Lab, Centralized milling, and Scan and Shape. + Utilizes Service Cloud ticketing system to document all internal and external communications while also monitoring response time so that the ticket does not delay. + Assists with other tasks as needed. + Begins learning and gaining proficiency with Camdb, Vinnie Portal?, and the Cares software system. + Assists in onboarding and training new hires under supervision. Minimum Qualifications: + Some college preferred. + Customer service experience preferred. + Prior dental experience is a plus. + Demonstrated ability to learn new software systems. + Aptitude for proactive communication and problem-solving. + Excellent customer service skills. + Reliable and responsible. + Ability to work in a team environment. + Ability to multitask effectively. + Computer literacy in Microsoft. **KPIs:** + Time taken to respond to a customer call or email. + Number of successfully resolved customer inquiries. + Accuracy of information provided to customers. + Level of satisfaction in customer feedback surveys. + Call monitoring feedback. **Pay Details:** $23.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
