Mercer Marsh Benefits Asia is seeking candidates for the following position based in Singapore:
Strategy & Planning Specialist
We will count on you to:
Proactively identify opportunities for business process optimization and support the execution and tracking of initiatives developed to improve existing processes
Support the translation of objectives into actionable plans, communicating, managing and analyzing the implementation of those plans, and reporting back on progress
Work closely with Marsh Mercer Benefit (MMB) leaders and support the project management of various campaigns/initiatives developed to drive desired impact, including monitoring progress against deadlines and milestones, and coordinating follow-ups to ensure commitments are kept and realization of project benefits
Manage any scope change processes: to identify and anticipate risks and issues, facilitate resolution, mitigation, and appropriate escalation
Support communication and reporting efforts to develop reports with key messages of performance and business updates to key stakeholders
Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze performance trends to drive profitability
Participate and support ad-hoc projects as part of ongoing and new business growth strategies
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree with 5 to 8 years of prior working experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong problem-solving mindset
Capability to manage multiple projects and work independently/collaboratively as required
Ability to engage business stakeholders across all levels and interact with multiple teams across the region and functions on initiatives and projects
Analytical skills and solid experience in handling complex data sets with the ability to drive meaningful insights through story boarding and visualization
Passion to drive continuous improvement
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Capability to work in a team environment with a strong customer service focus
Prior experience in employee benefits would be a plus
