**🧭** **Overview:**
We are seeking a **Strategy & Planning Consultant** to partner with our Product team and help lead high-impact initiatives tied to **WIM's 2025 priorities** . The focus will be on enabling a smooth transition between tax reporting platforms ( **TAXL → MAXIT** ), while enhancing the performance, alignment, and integration of the **Holdings API** —a foundational component of our ecosystem. This role requires someone who can **drive clarity amid complexity** , align stakeholders, and bring a strategic lens to execution.
**🚀** **Key Responsibilities:**
+ Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to **define the transition roadmap.**
+ Develop and maintain **strategic plans** , timelines, and milestone tracking to support key WIM deliverables.
+ Act as a thought partner in **API enablement and ecosystem planning** —specifically around Holdings data and transaction flows.
+ Work cross-functionally with business, compliance, and technology teams to ensure **data integrity, system compatibility, and scalability** .
+ Identify bottlenecks, overlaps, or inefficiencies across the WIM ecosystem and propose **practical solutions** .
+ Deliver executive-ready presentations and status updates to senior leadership, **translating complexity into clarity** .
**🛠️** **Required Skills & Experience:**
+ 8+ years of experience in **strategic planning, business consulting, or product enablement** within financial services or technology.
+ Familiarity with **Wealth Management** , Investment Products, and Tax Lot Accounting.
+ Proven success working on **enterprise platform transitions** and/or system integrations.
+ Strong understanding of **APIs and data flow management** in a financial ecosystem.
+ Exceptional communication skills—able to manage stakeholders at all levels and drive consensus.
+ Experience working in or with **Agile product teams** and ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
**🧩** **Nice to Have:**
+ Prior exposure to **Holdings APIs, Tax Reporting tools** , or transaction-level reconciliation platforms.
+ Background in **management consulting** (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, Accenture) or internal strategy roles within a large bank or investment firm.
+ PMP, Agile, or Product certifications.
