Strategy & Operations Consultant

Introduction/Posting:

Strategic and Operational Consulting is seeking dynamic, self-starters to join our team of internal business consultants and help execute transformational and foundational strategic initiatives, identify local performance improvement opportunities, and design, pilot, and scale solutions across Advocate Health.

About the team

Strategic and Operational Consulting is an internal consulting group that partners with Advocate Health leaders on key strategic and operational initiatives in an efficient & comprehensive manner.  Our team-based approach enables us to provide a variety of services including strategy facilitation, complex problem solving, solution design, scaling, and implementation of initiatives.   We pride ourselves on being strategic thought partners, internal change agents, facilitators, influencers, and implementers. We partner with senior leadership to identify and support our organization’s top priorities, solve business issues through the application of a variety of problem-solving & design methodologies and develop & deploy playbooks based on the organization’s needs.


Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

None Required.


Education Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare or related field or relevant experience.


Experience Required:

Typically requires 3 years of experience in healthcare provider or payer operations.


Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Position requires travel and is therefore exposed to road, weather, and normal travel hazards.Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.Exposed to a normal office environment.
