About the Role

You will develop the organization's strategic plans to ensure its continued successful growth and profitability. You will lead projects with notable risk and complexity; developing the strategy for project execution.
 

Responsibilities:

Performing strategic planning and corporate development

Developing the organization's strategic plans to ensure its continued successful growth and profitability

Negotiating acquisitions, divestitures, licensing opportunities, and strategic business alliances with the organization's goals

Providing strategic planning and corporate development functions

Leading projects with notable risk and complexity; developing the strategy for project execution

Solving unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business

Impacting the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives by setting direction and allocating resources

Communicating complex concepts, anticipating potential objections and persuading senior executives to adopt a different point of view

Requirements:
 

Have familiarity with consulting or strategy work within software, and recognized expertise in corporate strategy and subject-matter expertise

Be able to interpret internal and external business challenges

Be a natural problem solver, able to collaborate with your team to resolve issues

Have the ability to recommend process, product or service improvements

Be able to solve unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business

Be a company subject matter expert in your particular discipline
