Citi’s Finance Division is comprised of various global functions, including Corporate Strategy and M&A, Treasury, Controllers, Financial Planning & Analysis, as well as dedicated groups supporting each of our business segments. The Finance Division is the guardian and communicator of key financial information and controls. As a partner with Citi’s various businesses, Citi Finance drives business franchise and legal entity decisions on capital planning, liquidity, budgeting, tax, strategic direction and policy management.
Citi’s Corporate Strategy and M&A function, serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership to address high impact strategic issues across Citi’s businesses and functions. The team works in close partnership with business heads and senior leadership to identify opportunities and issues of strategic importance, develop transformational strategies to achieve business mandates, drive change by partnering with business leadership, and provide clarity in complex problems to facilitate decision-making. The Executives Scorecards team sits within the Corporate Strategy and M&A function.
The Citi Executive Scorecards team, is responsible for establishing global standards for key performance metrics and ensuring consistent usage and reporting across planning, review, and performance management processes. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a globally robust, consistent, and efficient controls framework and providing direction and management oversight for Citi Executive Scorecards team. The candidate will lead strategic initiatives to improve, automate, and standardize the production environment. And will ultimately be responsible for the quality of the operational processes that underly the production of Executive Scorecards. Successful candidates will have excellent stakeholder management skills, experience maintaining a strong control environment and have strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
The Senior Vice President, Executive Scorecards typically has 10+ years of experience in Financial Services with a proven track record of a change agent.

Exceptional communication skills, including well-developed verbal, written and presentation skills.Must be able to quickly create concise, informative executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders that convey a well-developed “story” and advocate for a well-reasoned point of viewStrong background in accounting, financial analysis or internal audit, with demonstrated understanding of substantive reviews and internal controlsCreative skills necessary to craft persuasive, well-researched narratives for senior consumption.Aptitude for translating strategy into execution in a complex and cross-functional organization.Strong attention to detail with proven ability to distil complex ideas into simple stories.Previous experience(s) in Finance functions is preferred.Understanding of capital markets, retail banking and/or institutional banking is a must.Minimum 10 years of proven experience in driving results with a strong understanding of the financial services industry.Strong business instincts and ability to apply independent judgment to historical business practices, with a proven ability and willingness to challenge the status quo.A self-starter with ability to independently manage work and drive multiple deliverables concurrently.Ability to gain consensus and agreement across disparate functions, products and geographies.Must have ability to stay ahead in a constantly changing environment.
