We are seeking a talented individual to join our Transformation Consulting team at Mercer. This role will be based in Mexico City (Torre Mayor). This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Transformation Sr. Consultant Takes own project management responsibilities on standard transformation projects
We will count on you to:
Acts as a primary point of contact for primary, focuses on clients’ needs and challenges requests
Provides a guidance and peer reviews for work consultants
Understand how the financials of a consulting business work
Project management 70% of the time and commercial issues for prospecting for new sales the rest of the time.
Transformation of companies, organizational redesigns, workloads, will not lead autonomously, check that analyst employees do things correctly.
Project management, but not directly from HR.
He will not be carrying out projects with his direct manager, so he must have work autonomy.
Work with the Transformation Leader
Sales:
Creates and manages mid scope (standard) proposals with limited supervision & contributes to large scope proposals
Starts with developing own network/client relationships
Knows about products and services for Career business
Development:
Proactively contributes to business / intellectual capital development to innovate and improve as well as marketing activities (POVS, events etc.)
Moderates/presents topics during Jour Fixes and Team Calls
Takes onboarding responsibilities for new colleagues and guidance and coaching of consultants
Proactively seeks feedback to develop in own role as Senior Consultant
Triggers for advancement:
Consistently meets or exceeds delivery & utilization targets for role
Takes on project management responsibilities for medium-large sized workstreams
Demonstrates ability to independently manage standard sales opportunities
Engages in proactive knowledge sharing with clients and internal team members
Displays Mercer commitments on a regular basis
What you need to have:
Bachelor's degree completed Organizational design, organizational management, project management.
6 to 8 years of experience as a Transformation Consultant in a Big 4 or in Industry
Advanced English and Intermediate/Advanced Excel (Macros Desirable) Portuguese highly desirable.
