We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Strategy Consultant to join our team: 

Location:   Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX

Work schedule:   Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm

Work model:  Hybrid 

What is your day to day?

Partner with our Portfolio & Location Strategy SME to understand client issues and structure strategic solutions to develop a methodology that helps them solve their goal/issuesResearch & compile market data and analyze different types of information at a global scaleGather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data for input into project specific deliverablesCompare data against best practices and/or benchmarking trendsPosition JLL industry knowledge and be able to make data-driven oriented recommendationsPerform qualitative and quantitative financial analyses including development of pro forma financials on pre-tax, after-tax, net present value cash flow and book basesUse critical thinking techniques and analytical skills to help solve complex problems, including using methods such as human-centered design, design thinking, predictive analytics, etcParticipate in and assist with client engagement activities, including interviews, surveys, focus groups and workshopsReview and analyze client’s qualitative and quantitative portfolio data, legal documents, and other materials as part of the project due diligence processPerform data visualization on raw data for use in developing scenarios, dashboards, and financial modelling/analysis with minimal supervisionSummarize all the findings and develop client’s presentations following JLL standardsAssist in the preparation of client deliverables, including presentations, reports, and proposals, ensuring accuracy, quality, and professional standardsPresent the results to the client in an innovative, pragmatic, and fact-based mannerAssist Consulting team with thought leadership initiatives through research and presentation development

 

What are we looking for?

2-3 years of experience in management consulting, real estate, portfolio strategy, workplace strategy, change management or related industry is preferred but not mandatory.Financial Modeling; Statistics / Research experience;Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), PowerBI, Python, Fabric and GIS toolsFluent Englishbachelor’s degree with a focus in Architecture, Real Estate, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplineWell-developed verbal, communication, and presentation skills;Highly Organized;Client Centric; Strong teaming/collaboration skills (including virtual collaboration with remote colleagues); solid project management abilities
