The PositionThe mission of the Strategy and Marketing Enabler role is to collaborate closely with Customer Facing Roles and Marketing Associates to ensure the successful development and implementation of launch strategies.
The Strategy and Marketing Enabler will play a pivotal role in driving the effectiveness of product launches, enhancing digital capabilities, and building strategy and marketing competencies to empower Patient Journey Partners (PJPs) and Marketing Associates.
Major Accountabilities
Strategy Development:
Partner with Customer Facing Roles and Marketing Associates to craft and execute comprehensive launch strategies.
Ensure alignment with the overall business objectives and customer engagement goals.
Use the insights to shape strategy priorities
Launch Coordination:
Oversee the entire launch preparation process, including the timely readiness of training programs and marketing materials.
Monitor the effectiveness of product launches and adjust strategies as needed, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
Digital Capability Enhancement:
Enhance digital capabilities by leveraging various channels effectively to boost digital maturity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital tools and platforms into the marketing strategy.
Capability Building:
Develop and implement programs to build strategy and marketing capabilities within the team.
Provide training and resources to empower with clear accountability PJPs and Marketing Associates to achieve their goals.
Portfolio Prioritization:
Actively contribute to the portfolio prioritization process by providing insights and recommendations based on market trends and customer needs.

Experiences, Knowledge & Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in marketing and strategy.
Strong strategic agility, planning, and implementation skills.
Broad knowledge of multichannel and omnichannel marketing strategy and execution.
Excellent communication and networking skills.
Strong business acumen with a comprehensive understanding of Roche’s portfolio.
Proficiency in French and English.
A university degree in business, marketing, or life sciences.
