Strategy and Communications Lead Chief of Staff to CIO

Job Description
This person will act as the right hand to the Divisional CIO, helping drive strategic planning, business operations, and executive-level communications. Theyll partner closely with engineering, infrastructure, and business leadership to align on priorities, track key initiatives, and help lead transformation efforts.
Key responsibilities include:
Owning business reviews, dashboards, and strategic operating cadences
Crafting executive presentations and CIO-level communications
Leading special projects and driving key transformation initiatives
Coordinating across cross-functional teams to ensure delivery against OKRs
Bringing structure and clarity to complex strategic decisions
Helping translate technology efforts into business outcomes
This is a highly visible role with access to top leadership, helping define the future of tech strategy at one of the most established financial institutions in the world.

Skills and Requirements
615 years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting roles
Strong financial services or banking experience
Experience working with or supporting technology or engineering organizations
Excellent PowerPoint, executive presentation, and communication skills
Advanced Excel, pivot tables, and data storytelling capabilities
Strong understanding of financial markets, infrastructure, and enterprise IT Background in management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Accenture Strategy)
Prior experience with trust, custody, or asset servicing organizationsExposure to organizational transformation or tech modernization initiatives
Working knowledge or interest in AI/ML and emerging tech trends
Experience working in matrixed, global financial institutions null
