ABOUT THE ROLE
The Strategy and Analytics Manager is thought leader who works with Business leadership to deeply understand the market, macroeconomic dynamics, customer needs and competitive dynamics for semiconductor technologies. The insights and strategies produced are critical to the overall strategy development process.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Market Intelligence for improving the organization’s understanding of industry trends and customer technical roadmapsPlan and execute competitors, customers and equipment suppliers analysis based on quarterly business performancePrepare and manage periodic competitor analysis with ST line of businessDevelop insights into macroeconomic and industry growth to anticipate trends or threats to the businessLead market share and size process in the cluster, through an end-to-end format, from data collection to reports and insights for business strategies and plans.Lead various ST level growth initiatives aligned with 5-year growth targets. Partner with ST leadership on inorganic growth optionsIdentify and analyze disruptive and emerging industry trends, evaluate implications for the business and develop preliminary considerations for leadership.Provide input to the IBP process from a market perspective for useful decision making in the MBR. Coordinate, consolidate and integrate the different sources of primary and secondary information for communication to management, and / or to seed conversations at leadership meetingsExhibit strong teamwork within and beyond the Strategy & Market Intelligence team to drive cross functional successYOUR EXPERIENCE
