Your insights and contributions will directly influence our strategic direction. **Key Responsibilities** • Market Analysis: Lead comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to uncover actionable insights that drive Vontier’s strategic initiatives. • Solution Development: Partner with analytics and data engineering teams to architect and implement cutting-edge solutions that empower data-driven decision-making. • Data Standardization: Drive efforts in data standardization and process capture to ensure consistency and reliability in data analysis. • Business Intelligence Capabilities: Leverage your experience in deploying business intelligence tools and frameworks to drive management decisions. • Agile Methodologies: Work within an agile framework to ensure efficient project execution, providing quick turnaround on project work assigned while adapting to changing requirements. • Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams to gather insights, understand strategic needs, and ensure that solutions align with organizational goals. • Continuous Improvement: Proactively explore and implement industry best practices and emerging analytical techniques to continuously enhance our strategic capabilities. **• Education** : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field from a recognized Indian institution. Post Graduate candidates in sciences, mathematics and economics can be considered. **• Experience:** 2-4 years of proven experience in market analysis, or business intelligence, with a strong preference for candidates from mobility, or technology sectors. **• Technical Skills:** o Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization techniques. o Demonstrated work experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI or Tableau. o Proficiency in coding languages specific to BI and analytics, including SQL, Python, and R. o Experience with data visualization tools and techniques that demonstrate creativity and innovation in presenting complex data insights. o Basic understanding of AI concepts and frameworks is essential, with experience in developing technical requirements being a plus. o Familiarity with data integration and data warehouse concepts is advantageous. • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on deriving insights from complex data sets. • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver quick turnaround on assigned projects. • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to diverse audiences.
