We are looking for an experienced Strategy & Business Development analyst to provide support to Japan’s Country President to adapt, develop and execute the execution of the country’s commercial strategy in alignment with Country President, Business Units and Global Function strategy.

What will you do?

Formulate the strategy around the area covered by Strategy & Business Development organization – Mid term strategy, Market research for new business opportunities, Business Intelligence (market intel, competitor analysis)Support Japan Country President in Inorganic Strategic actions such as partnering and M&A etcInfluence BUs to achieve the strategic goal as a proactive internal consultant.Provide the management with complete assistance on shaping medium and long- term direction and resource allocation through collaboration with other functions.Formulate the preparation for Country Quarterly Business Review ("QBR") and support Japan Country President for smooth reportingDrive Country AMSP (Annual Marketing & Sales Plan) process across business
