What do we expect you to bring?

 

Graduated from undergraduate programs of universities (Preferably Economics, Banking, Business, Mathematics, Engineering) Minimum 1 year of internship or full-time work experience, Preferably sector experience in the field of Life & Pension or audit experience in Life & Pension companies Ability to actively use MS Office programs, Advanced level of English, Has basic accounting and reporting knowledge, Strong communication and relationship management, Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, Suitable for cooperation and teamwork spirit, Brings different perspectives and offers innovative ideas, Passionate for learning new things and improving oneself, Has problem-solving competence,
 

How can you make an impact?

Prepares regular financial performance reports to senior management and Allianz group, Provides active support to annual budget and strategy studies, Makes comparative analyses of Life & Pension sector and competitor financial results, Prepares studies for analysis, interpretation of financial results and presentation of outputs, Within the scope of the agile working model
