Strategy, Delivery & Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategy, Delivery & Planning Specialist to join our Operations & Technology Team. In this pivotal role, you will explore how data informs strategic decisions and drives tangible business outcomes. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive on both analytical and creative challenges, whether it involves crafting insightful reports in Excel or designing engaging presentations. As a key member of our team, you will learn to transform complex data into compelling narratives, coordinate impactful meetings, and support critical strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive strategic planning efforts by preparing analyses and tracking initiatives across the region.

Assess financial data with a focus on business implications to support key decision-making processes.

Develop strategic, data-driven models to help shape the future direction of the organization.

Analyze current organizational structures and contribute to their optimization for success.

Structure, design, and deliver presentations of findings to senior management and key stakeholders.

Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards utilizing Excel (including Pivot Tables and Power Query).

Organize and coordinate meetings and workshops, both virtual and in-person.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and understand business needs.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. 

5+ years of experience in strategy consulting and/or Finance industry experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data.

Proficiency in English (C1 level).

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with strategic frameworks and methodologies.

What makes you stand out:

Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar role is highly desirable.

Familiarity with data visualization tools and business intelligence software is a plus.

Proficiency in PlanView and Python.

Knowledge of data visualization techniques.
