Overview Chadwell Supply is a successful family-owned maintenance supply company with 28 Branches Nationwide. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-minded individual to work as Chadwell Supply's Strategic Support Analyst. The Strategic Support Analyst supports the Sales Team at Chadwell Supply through data analysis and quick and accurate data entry. The Strategic Support Analyst will assist the Sales Team with reporting, data-driven processes, and systems to improve efficiency and add value. The ability to articulate those ideas to a non-technical audience is a must. What you will need + Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or related field. + 3-5 years of experience in Data Analysis. + Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, with expert-level Excel skills. + Basic programming or automation skills are a plus. How you will make an impact + Ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights (e.g., market conditions, competitive landscapes, and supplier cost fluctuations), with the goal of expanding customer share and improving profit margins. + Perform rapid and precise data entry into the Customer Database. + Monitor and report on trends across purchasing categories. + Collaborate with the Sales Team on administrative and reporting needs. + Proactively support the Sales team with deadlines and expiration dates in databases. + Provide frequent monitoring and reporting on Sales team performance through established KPIs. #INDSA Powered by JazzHR
