Key Responsibilities: + Collaborate with internal and external teams, including the Global Academic Strategy team and different university leaderships. + Develop comprehensive account plans and understand strategic account plans and development strategies. + Create Workforce Development Success Stories involving specific universities. + Utilize tools such as Salesforce.com, LinkedIn, Pitchbook, Tableau, and POET for list development. + Perform hands-on outbound activities to communicate targeted messages. Qualifications: + Strong understanding of sales operations and marketing strategies. + Proficient in CRM and data analysis tools. + Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with internal and external teams. + Keen interest in education, workforce development, and university collaborations. + Ability to develop strategic plans and execute targeted outreach initiatives.
