The Strategic Resource Manager will be a new role designed to support the strategically important evolution of Hub’s Commercial Lines P&C business.  The SRM will report directly to the Knowledge Manager at Hub International. The role will be to support Lines of Business, consisting of Complex Risk, ProEx, Property & Casualty. This individual will be responsible for supporting our Practice leadership in sales support, lead generation assistance and act as a point of contact for those Practices. The hire shall be responsible for educating HUB Producers on tools and resources that HUB offers while finding ways to showcase HUB’s unique capabilities in the Practices they support.

The role will be a perfect fit for proactive, and organized self-starters focused on delivering innovative new solutions for our Practices. The ideal candidate will help promote our Practices to generate new business, support client retention as well as build the Practices.

The prospective SRM candidate would be a big-picture thinker with a service mindset & patience. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment where they have the opportunity to create structure and bring creativity and initiative to build new processes in an evolving area of the organization. Scope of Responsibilities:

Sales Enablement

Interface directly with North American Practice leadership, Expert Producers and the broader Practice to present HUB value adds and benefits in a sales meeting and new business pitch environmentsWork internal and external conferences and eventsCollateral development & ownership: RFPs, capabilities, benchmarking reports, sell sheets and any practice related collateral & resourcesAbility to develop and execute vertically driven sales campaignsPromote Marketing & Communications in the creation of and execution of advertisements, microsites, email blasts, and enhancement of Producer social media presence

Technology, Tools and Resources

The main point of contact for Product-focused tools & resourcesStay aware of and promote new tools and resources across all PracticesBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office products [OneDrive, Excel, Word, PowerPoint] Seismic, Microsoft Dynamics & SharePoint.Communication tools to conduct large-scale meeting [Zoom, Teams]

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Public Relations or equivalent usefulIntermediate abilities in Excel & PowerPoint preferredKnowledge of CRM systems [Microsoft Dynamics] preferredUnderstanding of SharePoint preferredExceptional communication skills, written and verbal, across all organizational levelsMust be a team player, be proactive, collaborative and have excellent relationship building skills

Disclosure required under applicable law in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, and Washington states: The expected salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
