About the role:

To partner with business leaders and develop and deliver a customized plan that will motivate, enable, support and grow their employees. You will also work with the Human Resources Centers of Excellence (HR CoEs) and the business to put into action and enhance people initiatives across your client area(s).

What you will bring: A relevant degree in Human Resources or Industrial/Organisational Psychology As a people partner: At least 4 years’ experience in one or more specialist area within HR (i.e. recruitment and selection, talent management, learning and development, etc.) As a strategic people partner: At least 3 – 4 years’ experience as a generalist or strategic people partner to one or more dedicated client areas, supporting key clients at a senior management level within the organisation. Must have proven experience in the building and maintaining of key client relationships at a senior management level within the organisation Proven experience in the leading, planning and managing of multiple change HR initiatives/tasks/processes/project deliverables across a dedicated client area/areas. What you will be doing: Responsible for partnering with the senior leadership team of dedicated client area(s) to develop a people strategy with “fit for purpose” people solutions to enable business performance. Drive collaborative partnerships with the HR Specialist Areas (HR CoEs) and other parties (i.e. Finance Business Partners) to enable business to deliver on their unique people agenda Implementation partner to the HR Specialist Areas (HR CoEs) & business during the roll-out of new and improvements to existing specialised HR services as pro-actively agreed to and positioned with the SPPs and Business Support the client(s) and HR Specialist Areas (HR CoEs) and track progress during the roll-out /implementation of new and improvements to existing specialised HR services. Act as change custodian leading people related change management deliverables, including culture, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Employee Experience, etc. Partner with the business and HR Specialist Areas (HR CoEs) during the design and delivery of key people & transformation initiatives within dedicated client area(s) Provide routine HR services to dedicated client area(s) in partnership with the relevant HR Specialist Areas (HR CoEs) Provide ad-hoc HR services to dedicated client area(s) in partnership with the relevant HR Specialist Areas (HR CoEs) *
