Job Description

This is a critical strategic role in which you will redesigning the Target Operating Model for the UK&I, working with the senior leaders, HR Business Partners and Head of Strategic Workforce Planning to evaluate the current state and identify the future skills required to align to our team goals and strategy. This is a standalone role in the HR team in which you will support the organisational effectiveness agenda and driving the organisation design process from beginning to end to allow efficient development of our products, services and business plans.

As with most businesses, Experian UK&I's growth agenda requires us to change and lead the market. We are evolving into an Agile business and you will be important in that journey – as our expert on Organisation Design, Agile behaviours and Change.

You will sit within the HR business partnering and Organisational Effectiveness team and require a good depth of consultancy skills.

Qualifications

What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian

Experience of applying Organisation Design process, tools and methodology, including team topologies from start to finish.Experience with the full Organisation Design cycle and managing this at a strategic C-Suite level. You will manage the principles at a UKI level and we are therefore not simply looking for project execution on bespoke OD's.Experience working in, supporting the promoting Agile ways of working, especially how leaders of non-technical teams need to adapt to a new and different way of leadingGreat relationship and stakeholder skills, the ability to work in an advisory capacityManage design authorities/forums and Organisation Design controls in partnership with Reward and wider HR. Knowledge of the employment law and change is useful.

Work that matters - What you'll be doing

Define and lead our UKI design authorities, ensuring that our agreed OD principles are managed to create maximum impact on our organizational effectiveness Agile culture.Partner, design and implement on major UKI blueprints and TOMs for the region ensuring plans are well aligned across multiple stakeholder groups and are implementable.Partnering with the Head of SWP on ensuring we both onshore and in Hyderabad and Bulgaria are built to create the right skills in the right locations at the right time.Work with Reward on the roll out of our global career frameworks and working in detail to ensure we have the right organizational pyramid, levels and career pathways to feed into our longer term organizational vision.
