The Director level role will support the development of Consulting and the wider Consulting, Risk & Outsourcing (CR&O) and Deals business at BDO. It will include the development of new consulting offerings and will typically assist clients in their transformations.
The Consulting Director role is a client facing role and will therefore include proposition development, client attraction, pipeline development and “being in the market” with clear objectives around revenue generation and delivery.
You'll help define a target operating model to enable Consulting BU to achieve relevant critical mass, recognition, and sustainable market impact. To achieve operational capability and capacity for growth. Improve operational output through collaboration and shared success.
You'll be someone with:
Extensive experience in management consulting, with a focus on business transformation and strategy.
Experience in developing and executing go-to-market and revenue strategies
Excellent project management skills with experience in leading large-scale transformation projects.
Experience in building strategic relationships
Proven experience in managing a wide portfolio of concurrent projects and project teams
Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
Experience in managing and developing consulting teams
Proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships
Strong understanding of market trends and the ability to leverage this knowledge to create commercial opportunities
Demonstrable experience using digital tools and technologies for data analysis/insights
Experience in producing thought leadership materials and innovative consulting campaigns.
