What You Will Do:
This individual contributor position reports to the Associate Director, Strategic Investments, Digital Program Office (DPO), Digital Technology and provides in-depth subject matter expertise (SME) of Capital investments across the Raytheon Digital technology portfolio.
In this role, this individual will be responsible for supporting the Capital Coordinator who is responsible for planning, compliance, and execution of capital investments for the Raytheon Digital Technology function. They will be required to do in-depth research, financial analysis, cost control, and reporting of Capital execution. Occasional Business travel may be necessary to our US Domestic Locations beyond the assigned work location.
The following skills are critical for success in this role:
Relationships – Must be able to effectively integrate and establish influence within the function and across our Functional and SBU partners to support Digital and the Business interests.
Financial Execution – Ability drive results and maintain compliance through financial cycles
Business Acumen – Must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of Financial principles including GAAP, Direct & Indirect, and Capital Investment policy.
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
+ Experience in business/financial management and/or portfolio/project management
+ Experience with Business Financial Data reporting, tools and presentation skills
+ Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position
Qualifications We Prefer:
+ Experience in Digital Technology (DT) Infrastructure and/or Computing technologies.
+ Experience working in the Aerospace and Defense industry
+ Experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
+ Experience using PlanView
+ Experience successfully presenting and public speaking
+ Experience in Information Technology, Engineering, Operations or Programs strongly preferred

+ Remote: This position currently is designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories).
The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
