As a Strategic Development Analyst for Ledcor Technical Services you will be a key contributor to the success of our Services group that deploys, maintains core and edge network technologies, outside plant infrastructure and customer premises services. You will be preparing and delivering bid pre-qualifications, conducting data analysis, structuring deals, and coordinating with various internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of initiatives. you play a vital role in maintaining relationships with stakeholders, supporting financial and resource planning, and staying current with industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Business Development team to develop and refine processes for engaging with potential clients and partnersPrepare responses to new business opportunities, pre-qualifications, RFQs (Requests for Quotations), and direct negotiationsSupport operations and business development teams in contacting clients and prospects to explore specific business, technical, and operational needsAnticipate new opportunities and support the identification of contractor resources in the marketAssist with negotiating contracts and coordinating vendor spending and resourcesReview and provide recommendations on new customer contract language and statements of workDeliver client presentations in coordination with the Business Development team to ensure alignment and clarityConduct thorough market research to support decision-making and business planningCollaborate with Finance to create standard customer P&L (Profit and Loss) templates and recommend pricing models for new customers and renewalsPrepare executive summaries for new customer opportunitiesWork with resource planning to create staffing and planning models for future growthPerform monthly analysis of the financial health of customersPrepare presentations and participate in internal quarterly reviews of the business and future growth opportunitiesQualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.At least 4 years of experience in roles such as Business Development, Project Management, Operations Support, Business Analysis, or Business Improvement. Preferred experience in Telecommunications markets, systems integrators, or similar industriesExceptional interpersonal, communication, and writing skillsProficient in designing and laying out presentationsStrong analytical abilitiesSkilled in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Adobe InDesign is a plusCapable of understanding the overall picture while paying attention to detailed aspects when necessaryExcellent customer service orientation and a strong team playerWorking Conditions:
